FULL TIME (PREFERRED)

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team, located in Gawler, South Australia to work alongside our Racing Administration Manager. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

– Assisting with processing accounts via Xero and Prism
– General correspondence of emails and income calls.
– General racing administration tasks such as filing,  horse registrations and transfers, ownership forms etc. 
– To assist in the organisation and coordination of ABR events.

FULL TIME OR CASUAL

The successful applicant will:
• Extensive experience in trackwork, ability to ride timed gallops, and ride young horses
• Be punctual, reliable, and work well within a team environment
• Ability to take instructions from a stable foreman and demonstrate a high level of communication while working in a team
• Immediate start and above award wages
• Opportunity to earn extra income through race day duties

Based in Gawler SA, ABR will be training on-course at the Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club using the state of art facilities to include 20 horse barn, equine pool, grass and sand track, and treadmill.
